Power Submitter VISUAL HOW TO of Basic Operation

• Auto-Browser component operation is detailed in a separate section.
• You can set the "HELP WIZARD" to to walk you thru each step of operation- just click on SUBMIT -select- drop down box and choose "SET HELP WIZARD"/

Step 1 - Fill in the "AD FORM"

• Click on the ROUND box "1" below "STEP#1 - Ad FORMS"
• Fill in all fields EXACTLY as instructed
• These fields are used by the software to send your information to all the websites.

Step 2 - Click on UPDATE CHANGES

• Click in "UPDATE CHANGES" button to lock in your ad information
• You can also click on "FILE -select" to save a permanent copy to your harddrive.

Step 3 - Choose your categories for submissions

• Click on SELECT SITES -select- and "Select Category[ies]"
• Choose up to 10 categories that closely match your ad to be placed.

Step 4 - Select Sites for Submissions

• Click on SELECT SITES-select- and 3.1 Main sites to bring up the page for main submissions.

Step 5 - Optional - Select Time Frames

• Click on SUBMIT-select- to access "Choose Timeframes"
• This sets which sites the submitter will send your ad to - the default in all sites.
• All sites operate on a "timeframe" for re-submission - ie some allow submissions every 3 days, or 7 days, or 30 days...
• If you attempt to submit to a site that ALREADY has your ad - it will not accept it until your current ad expires.

Step 6 - Start Submissions

• Click on SUBMIT -select-
• Click on "GO! START SUBMISSIONS"
• This will start the automatic submissions to all sites "checked off".
• This can take 2 to 20 minutes to complete. [longer on a slower modem and/or internet connection].
• You will receive a summary report at the end of submissions.
• You can also click on REPORTS to see a detailed view.
• IF you want to submit [or re-submit] to a site, click on the GREEN "GO!" button beside each site name.
• If you have a problem with submissions, double check your ad form - note, sites that already have a copy of your ad will not accept duplicates.

Step 7- Submit to "Special Sites"

• After full auto-submissions are complete you can click on SELECT SITES -select- and 3.2 Special sites.
• Follow special instructions on this page.
• Note this page is subject to update.

Step 8- Submit to Citynew Sites

• Click on SELECT SITES - select- and 3.3 Citynews Sites.
• You can submit up to 5 ads daily - see onscreen instructions.
• Due to volume at this site you may have to re-try submissions and/or choose another category.

Step 9 - Optional - send your ad to "paid sites"

• Click on SELECT SITES - select - and access "paid sites"
• These paid classifieds offer premium ad listings for low money.
• Additional sites are listed under "HELP-Select" and "paid ads"

Step 10 - Optional - Send your ad to more sites...

• You can choose "Help -select-" and find more sites to post ads to under "Resources".
